a) Contact / Inquiries
If you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us. We process your data to answer your inquiries (Art. 6 Para. 1 b, f DSGVO). The communication of address and telecommunication data marked as mandatory data is necessary in order to process and answer your request. The voluntary provision of further data makes it easier for us to process your enquiry. After answering your enquiry, we generally store the information from your enquiry for three months in the event of further enquiries, unless it is a matter of commercial or business letters, in which case we store it for at least six years (§ 257 para. 4 HGB, § 147 para. 3 AO, Art. 6 para. 1 c DSGVO).
b) Orders and subscriptions
In the case of an order, a subscription or other contractual enquiries, we initially process your personal registration, address, telecommunications, order and/or financial data for the processing of the order, the subscription or other contractual enquiry and for the corresponding invoicing (Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO). Insofar as data are marked as mandatory data, they are required for the processing or settlement of the corresponding contract or for invoicing. You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation if the legal requirements are met (Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO).
If you object to the processing of your data for advertising purposes or wish to revoke your consent (Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO), a brief message to our data protection officer by e-mail to datenschutz∂obcc.de or by post to OB//CC online business & community communication GmbH & Co. KG, Data Protection Department, Frankfurter Str. 8, 36043 Fulda. Your data will then no longer be processed for the advertising purposes covered by the advertising objection or the revocation of consent.
This does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to the point of objection or revocation.
Following your objection to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes or the revocation of your consent, we are obliged under data protection law pursuant to Art. 21 para. 3 DSGVO to include the data required for this purpose (name, address, e-mail address) in our internal advertising blacklist and to store (block) it permanently - only for this purpose - and to use it for comparison with our future advertising files (Art. 6 para. 1 c, f DSGVO). This will ensure that your advertising objection or the revocation of your consent is observed on a permanent basis.
